Bitbuckets and request/suggestion

Hi, i don't understand bitbbuckets, what are they for ? Do you need them to make a request ?

Bitbucket is what is used to make official requests that can be tracked by the dev and voted on by other users. Requests made here are harder for the dev to keep track of that is why its suggested to use BitBucket.

Yea, it's just a system for developers to track requests and bugs more easily.
