In order then, for LaunchBox to download the video from EmuMovies from within LB (which moves it and names it properly for you), you need EmuMovies Premium. If you just have LB Premium then you can supply video from anywhere, as long as it's in the right location and named after the name of the game or the game entry inside of LB.
