Which folder from exodos 2.0 do I import?

So I downloaded the exodos 2.0 pack and there is a folder title "Games" within that folder is a bunch of other folders with all different game names but there is also a folder titled "!Dos".  Within the "!dos" folder are individual folders with folders for all the same games that are in the "Games" folder.  Do I import the "!dos" folder or the "games" folder?

 

Edit: Never mind figured this out.

So what did you end up doing?

I followed this guide.  I think it still missed a few games but got most of them.  Seemed to work better then using the import DOS option.
