Open - add other language in Game DB - Issues #30, #334

Hi all,
I have i think an interesting request for the futur of Launchbox.

Maybe can we add some language for games and console descirption.
We can imagine add in Game DB on tab for some other language and the community make the traduction.
After that in launchbox we can choose the language for all description.

What do you think about this?
