Is possible to program a button to be the escape button like on a keyboard for running big box?

You can assign a shortcut key combo in a shortcut .lnk to your Launchbox executable.

If you have a keyboard with macro keys you can assign one of those keys to the shortcut combo. Or you can even assign a controller button like the guide button on an Xbox controller with software such as Controller Companion (available on Steam for a couple of bucks).
