I installed my first Start up video for Big Box, named it Startup.mp4 and placed in Launchbox/videos I see the video but then it goes black, and stays black! Retro808 Posted September 9, 2018 Share Posted September 9, 2018 This is the old method for startup videos. For new method just do below. Create a folder called Startup in your \Launchbox\Videos folder Drop and video file into that folder. It does not have to be named anything particular. BigBox will pay it as named. If you place more than one in there BigBox will use different ones at startup. Tip: If you have video play issues with it try using Windows Media as that player if you are using VLC and see if that helps. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Installed launchbox and it happens again.
