Does anyone have a good way of reducing file size of multiple videos?

Looking for a way to reduce my 60 video files to a smaller size, since i can tell they're lagging when shown in BigBox, I have a way of doing it one by one. But that's way to time consuming.

I would download an app like Vidcoder and let it batch through them (http://www.vidcoder.net). You will probably need to play around with creating a custom profile in order to get the results you want, or you might get lucky using one of the predefined ones. It is hard to know at this point.
