Problem since 7.11 upgrade

Hi Recently upgraded to 7.11 and having few problems

 

when I press escape to come out of a game screen goes black and nothing, this happens on multiple emus

sometime it eventually goes back into launchbox other times I have to reset and reload

also the whole thing seems much slower, when navigating through Launchbox

any ideas

I have not experienced this at all so far.

Is this in both Launchbox or BigBox or both ? Does it happen with all your emulators or only a select few ? If only a select few which ones does it do it for and which does it not do it for ?

only tried Launchbox

all that i have tried with at least one of them retroarch

Hmm, very strange. I have not experienced this issue at all.

not sure mate but it does happen

overall speed seems down

what slows stuff down ?

 

is it number of games and speed of hdd ?

Number of games will have more of an impact than hard drive speed but only if you have a lot of games (15,000+) and even that number shouldn't be a problem anymore unless you are running on really low end hardware. Having a graphics card, turning off transition effects and setting media quality to medium.
