Sorry I am not quite sure I understand the question, what are you trying to achieve?

So you are trying to upload a file and want to add screenshots?

I want it to look just like the image I've put before, on my thread I didn't know how to do it.

If you scroll to the bottom of your file page there is a "file actions" dropdown, drop that down and choose "edit details" then if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page there is a link to "click here if you would like to upload a new version of the file or screenshot".
