Updating Steam Library

I recently purchased some new games in steam and when I attempt to re-import my steam library so that these new games show up in launchbox, the 'parsing your steam account' seems to never end! I've left it for 4-5 hours and nothing happened. In addition I noticed no network activity during this time.

Am I updating the steam games in launchbox incorrectly? Or is this an issue with launchbox?

There was a issue with the api key we use, this has been fixed in the latest beta so I suggest updating to it.

Is there anyway for me to see update progress?

for the beta download? if you left background downloading on then no, you will just be prompted when the download is done. If you uncheck that box you will be prompted as soon as you open launchbox, but will have to wait for the download to complete.

Brilliant thanks! I much prefer to wait and see the progress bar, so I unchecked the box.

Yeah me too, I like to actually know it's downloading, but we had a lot of requests for background downloads so Jason added it as a option which I think is on by default.

I could tell it was downloading by using Task Manager, I just find it useful to have an indication of how far its progressed with the download.
