With much patience, after importing the romset into Launchbox, I deleted all the games that I thought were not necessary to keep . So I went from about 2800 games to about 1400 games . The question is : Would it be possible now to extract only the roms and romset related to these roms for the proper functioning (including the BIOS) to create a new clean romset and much lighter than 58 Gb? Lordmonkus Posted March 17, 2018 Share Posted March 17, 2018 No, this is not possible to do unless someone writes a plugin for it. This was something I asked for recently and Jason put it on the last poll but it received very few votes (362). Hopefully someone can make a plugin to do this, this would be tricky to do with a split or merged set however because of the fact that bios files are not listed in the xml files. I am still accepting input on the "No Filler Version 2" batch files I will be creating when Mame 200 and it's rom set releases in a few months time.
