Organise MAME roms by system

I see that there was once (2017) a tool called Lightspeed that sorted MAME ROMS into system, but that it is not recommended because the author is inactive. I also see that LB can do this...

So, could someone kindly guide me (or link) to how, once i've imported ROMS, how i can sort/relabel them (e.g. via BulkEditWiz) into CPS 1/2/3, NeoGeo and other?

Also, correct me if i'm wrong, will ClrMamePro let me remove the clones of my roms (e.g. japan version) to reduce the actual file size, or will it only combine them (keeping file size the same)?

This will generate the pre set playlists, you can of course make more yourself if you like. Check out this video on it, it will show you how to do it.
