Can you add PC games under other platforms?

For example, what if you want to add games from the DMC HD Collection under Sony PlayStation 2, as that's the console they were originally made for?

Yeah, just make sure to edit them so they don't launch using an emulator.

Do you just add them like a standard ROM?

I would just make a shortcut file for the game and import the shortcut as a rom to the platform you want and then edit the game, then go to the Emulation tab and uncheck the the "Use and emulator to play this game" box.
