I believe I got them all through their scraper. Yesterday I saw someone uploading many Neo Geo carts to the LB database as well, you could try rescraping your games through launchbox again to see if you get new results. I discovered after that they were downloadable from LB since the beginning for the SNK AES system but I was trying from the MVS system The ROMs are from my name fullest so LB created automatically a MVS playlist...
