epicrean Posted May 5, 2018 Share Posted May 5, 2018 I have an xbox one synced to my windows 10 pc and I have configured it work with LaunchBox/BigBox. everytime I close BigBox I have to reconfigure the controller to work again, and this doesn't seem normal. I would recommend making sure the joystick control panel is recognizing your controller first. Preferably even connect the controller to your pc using the usb cable. Then see if BB saves your config with the controller connected via usb. From there you will know if BB is struggling with the controller because it is connected via bluetooth.
