launchbox ignoring screen selection

I've got launchbox set up to launch mameui. I have mameui configured (default game properties->screen) to use display2. This works if I run games through mameui64.exe direct, but not if launched via launchbox (it defaults to display1). Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Where is your mame.ini file located ? If it isn't located in the main folder where the mame executable file is located try moving it there. I don't know if that would be the cause of the issue you are describing but it has caused other problems.
