MAME Full Import+Filters - Delete ROM files not needed?

After watching the YouTube tutorial I have tried to import a merged 0.201 set and have left the tick boxes as per default (no mahjong/pinball etc) which I believe should produce a fairly clean set and won't import every ROM into LaunchBox.

To save space is it possible to remove the ROMs that were not imported or to find out which ROMs were left out?

Not really, technically they arent actually being imported as such, its just using the rompath you gave it and then just adds all working games, it doesnt actually check if you have the games as it is expected you have as its a "fullset importer". Also depending on the romset type you have deleting stuff can break games as other games may rely on other files.

I'm struggling with this as well. I imported the Merged 0.201 set as well and many files don't open at all from Launch Box or MAME directly. 

Is there an easy way to at least hide the none working games from LB without going one by one? Does this have something to do with importing/not importing clones?

Edit: I don't care about keeping all the files in the roms folder, I just want them hidden or gone from LB
