What do you guys do when you import games?

I keep mine where they are located, I like to organize my stuff in the way I want it and it's all outside of my Launchbox folder. Copying files also doesn't play nice with CD based games that have multiple files such cue + bin and arcade roms.

all of my emulation/roms/lb are all saved on an external drive so telling LB to move the or copy the file from its location on the external drive to another just seems rather pointless and time consuming.
