Hi, just purchased BigBox but I have really slow and jerky interface performance.

Running Windows 10, 16GB RAM, i5 6400, Vega 56, SSD.

I would first start out by reading the issues others have had and see what helped them, here's a link Troubleshooting

Also can you upload a video so we can visualize what issue your having please.
