topdog5050 Posted July 21, 2019 Share Posted July 21, 2019 Hi everyone, Im having a issue coming from 8.1 to 9.10 and i tried stuff here and there to no help and someone probably has had this issue before also.If you would please help me solve this issue it keeps crashing on me.The file is below if you woule look at it for me.My specs are below thanks to all that help me greatly appreciated. Evga i 7 930 x58 motherboard 12 gb of Kingston ddr3 2133 crucial 500 gb nvme 2 tb Toshiba hard drive Xfx 8800 gtx 768 mb ram Bfg 500 watt psu if you need any ore info please let me know. Jason Carr Posted July 22, 2019 Share Posted July 22, 2019 Hi @topdog5050, this error looks to be happening because of a file permissions error, or some other issue reading that particular "E:\LaunchBox\Data\Platforms\Cave.xml" file on your hard drive. I'm not sure what would be causing that, but something on your system is preventing LaunchBox from accessing the file. I would guess that it's most likely an issue with file system permissions.
