All it does is let you map keyboard/mouse buttons to a controller, so Launchbox will just think you are using a keyboard/mouse. May i suggest Controller Companion though? It does the same thing but is cheaper, it also has steam workshop support for downloading game profiles made by the community. It's what i use myself. Its its own app, just setup profiles for games/programs in it and they should autoload when you launch those games/programs. It has nothing to do with Launchbox, Launchbox wont even know its there.
