Feature Request: Ability to add single ROMS manually.

Hello, 

I believe it would be a great feature to be able to add roms (and associated box art) on the fly from the android app. 

 

For example, before I left for vacation, I imported my entire SNES Launchbox collection to my android phone. Everything works great, however, I realized that a particular rom was missing. 

 

I was able to get a copy of that single rom, and was disappointed to find that I couldn't simply add it to my current collection.
