I'm willing to pay a few bucks for a theme expert to tweak a theme for me. I have, what I believe to be, a simple tweak that I think would make the Unified Redux theme a bit better. Basically, like this guy's posts for platforms: I'm looking for the background, clear logo on the top, a window for the video, and a graphic and/or cover/box art on the side, then the "wheel" on the right.
