images Plantform Image Problem

I have a small problem but something unpleasant

 

I  added SNK Neogeo and put a logo image without a background and in bigbox it does not appear but when opening the platform if it appears

Try going to BigBox settings and look for Image Cache option then choose the Refresh All option.
