Mame roms exiting to the mame menu and not back to launchbox.

Ok I did some more work on this today and figured out that there is something screwy with the hotkeys feature in retroarch.

if I go into a console, and set my hotkeys in retroarch to exit with start+select.  Everything works perfectly fine.

if I go into the arcade platform (mame+retroarch) with it setup this way, it still works perfectly fine...on some Roms.  Others, mostly capcom games weirdly enough, the select button does not work (in this case select is set as a hot key.)

however, if I disable the hotkeys in retroarch, the select button works just fine but when I exit with start+select it takes me into the mame UI.

very weird.

1. Launch Retroarch

2. Launch your mame game

3. Press "Shift+TAB", this should open the mame menu

4. Select "Input (General)"

5. Select "User Interface"

6. Scroll down until you see "UI Cancel", this should be bound to the escape key

7. Press enter, and then a key to set a new binding, if you wish to unbind this option completely, do not press anything for about 5s.

You should now be able to use ESC to exit MAME in Retroarch without popping into its weird bios menu.
