Images lost, just gray boxes

I tried the zoom out option, and it made all my images change to gray boxes.  So I tried to zoom in, hoping it would bring the images back, but I still have gray boxes.  I saw another thread that suggested deleting the Settings.xml file, but that didn't help.

 

Any ideas?

have you renamed any of your platforms lately?

Not recently, I don't think.  My last Settings.xml backup is from October if that helps.

go to your image folder and find the platform in question look in the folder for box fronts and check if the images are still there
