Creating playlist from a ROM folder

So, I have a full, non-merged, MAME set that I have imported into LB with no issues.  For example sake, let's say my MAME rom folder is D:\ROMS\MAME.  I had a folder inside that folder titled "NoFiller" that I want to utilize as a playlist.

When I create a playlist, I select Platform>is equal to>Arcade and then Application/Rom Path>is equal to>NoFiller.  I've also tried "contains" in place of "is equal to" in the Application/Rom Path option.  The playlist is created, but it is not populated with the games inside the "NoFiller" folder.

I'm sure I'm missing a simple step, but not sure what it is.  Any thoughts?

I do have both rom paths listed in the opening in my mame.ini, if that matters.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Playlists can only contain imported games, your NoFiller set is not imported to launchbox.

That makes sense.  The roms in the NoFiller folder will be duplicates of roms already in the larger MAME folder.  Is there any way to import those roms without creating a duplicate entry in the main Arcade playlist?

If they are working roms then just import the folder using the standard rom importer and give the platform a different name.
