Big Box can't distinguish between left and right inputs

I'm using a APac and Big Box thinks that both analog inputs are left sticks. Is Big Box capable of distinguishing between left and right inputs?

They are both left sticks, one for player 1 and the other for player 2. Launchbox doesnt distinguish between players in its UI, if you have use all controllers checked then they can all control the UI, but you cant specify a player 1 or a player 2 controller.

Oh that makes sense, thank you. Then I will just disable use all controllers, the issue is that my gas pedal is from an old arcade cab and the pots drift sometimes causing the Big Box menu to just cycle.
