Error 216 when trying to install versions 11 or higher

Launchbox was working fine on this system back at version 8.7 or so.  I haven't touched it in a couple years but got back into wanting to finish up this project and when trying to update Launchbox/Big Box it keeps kicking me this error.  I'm running a 32 bit version of Win 7 and don't see a 32 bit installer.  Googling Launchbox 32 bit installer I was seeing that the installer has both versions and will install the appropriate one.  Any help is appreciated.  Let me know what other info I can provide.

@C-Beats I received an email from that account and it looked like the same 11.4 installer.  I ran it and it gave me the same 216 error.

It's also asking me everytime I install to install .net framework 3.1.6.  Before emailing you guys I did go direct to the website and tried installing 3.1.6 and 3.1.7 to see if that could potentially be an issue.  Any thoughts on that?

No the issue is that you are running a 32bit OS which doesn't work with the Net Core release. Updating .Net Framework won't help because we no longer use it. It sounds like you were given the incorrect version of LaunchBox via support. You need the 11.2 installer as that is the last version that was using .Net Framework. I would reply to the email you were sent with 11.4 and simply state you need version 11.2 of LaunchBox.
