Retroachievements - can you remove the menu item by platform?

Retroachievements is working fine for supported platforms, but the game options menu item ("View Achievements") shows up in BigBox for unsupported platforms (Wii, etc.).

Is there a way to remove that from the menu for just those unsupported platforms?

Those text options menus are static and not editable to add remove items to them, so unfortunately no, what you want isn't possible i'm afraid.
