Bigbox 11.7 computer freeze - RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64

My whole system froze solid after launching a MAME game from Bigbox 11.7 on my Win 10 2004 computer. The keyboard and mouse went dead. Ran some kill processes from my other system using taskkill but it didnt clear the mame game screen that was up (frozen). Running a remote reboot with shutdown.exe from my other system just hung also.

So I hard power cycled the computer (soft power button press got no response).

After powering up I checked the event viewer and found this event a little before this happened:
