Vertical wheels do not works

I updated to 11.8 but with Cleanbg theme the vertical wheels 2,3,4 no longer work ... only wheel n1 works

When I choose these vertical wheels it always shows me the horizontal wheel

Why?

I haven't tried it in a long time, but the CleanBG theme is really old at this point, so that might be the problem. I would recommend going with a different theme at this point.
