Launch box and big box not opening in windows 7

Good evening to all

I have setup everything in a hard drive, but somehow launchbox and big box cant open. I click on the file, it shows its loading but then nothing.. I see there is an “update” folder with old and new versions of launchbox.if I try to load one of them ,will I loose al the setup/settings I have done so far?

@Michalis If you run the update, it will not overwrite your games or settings. So that would be a good thing to try, yes.
