BigSwole
Hey everyone, First off, thanks for the great support and work from everyone! I have a racing cab with a mix of systems and a Logitech G29 wheel and pedals. Teknoparrot and Dreamcast games work great. My goal is to have all of them mapped the same (gas, brake, steering, etc). However, I'm unable to re-map Star Wars Episode One Pod Racer on Dreamcast... the default gas is the A button with no in-game option to change. I've tried to map via JoyToKey but with no success, but I may be missing something. Any idea how I can map the Dreamcast A button to the G29 gas pedal? Thanks again! Headrush69
Which emulator are you using for Dreamcast?
BigSwole
Redream. I don’t believe there’s a setting within Redream to remap games individually unless I’m missing something.
Headrush69
Sorry, don't know about per game. I use Retroarch's flycast core for DC. Maybe you might have to use that for those specific games you need to remap, or use a second install of redream for racing games.
BigSwole
I’ll try Retroarch on a rainy day. Sounds like no internal fix for Redream. Thanks for the help! Redream is awesome for its simplicity, so I understand they probably don’t want to bog down the program with too many options.
BigSwole
Figured it out. In Redream, you need a GDI (not CDI) to select cheats (widescreen, etc). For controls, map a button to the main menu. In the main menu, select Yes under Custom Config. Go to Controls and configure how you’d like.
