1st Run - LaunchBox Loading Interface

I've downloaded the EXE file and ran it as Administrator (version 11.9).

I set all files to extract to a shared HDD (as suggested on the website/video tutorials so all PC's can run it).

1st run of the LaunchBox.exe, and it sits at Loading Interface. Has been there for about an hour now.

Went to reboot and this error message came up;

I've still not been able to run the program. Anyone know what's going on with this?

It just sits and sits at this dialog.........never going past it.

May I ask why you chose to run as admin? It is recommended not to do run LaunchBox or BigBox as admin.  
 

Can you change that and see what happens when you run it.

I ran it as Admin to see if it would do anything different than what it did as shown above. The same thing happened both times.
