Null dc Windows 7 plasma sword help

Hi,  I'm a complete noob, with an arcade pc, that has null dc and for the most part,  most of the games rum fine,  just can't get games that used the dc vga  cable like plasma sword to run.   Is there any thing I can do to resolve?

Not really sure on your exact issue, but you really shouldnt be using that emulator in this day and age, there are far better alternatives these days. Redream, Flycast core in Retroarch, and even Demul are far better choices than NullDC.
