All art vanished

Spent a couple of days downloading and getting art setup, everything was great. Opened up the app a day later, and it's all gone or not being used. Now I have black boxes with captions for games, instead of beautiful curated art. What could have caused this regression? How do I fix all the art (which is most certainly still downloaded)?

Definitely a strange one. Are you able to take a screenshot of what you are seeing and post it here?

- Have you changed the Image Group selection by any chance?

- Are all your images still in the LaunchBox\Images\[platform name] folders?

- Have you changed the platform names in LaunchBox?

- Have you tried refreshing your images? (LaunchBox > Tools > Refresh All Images

All image groups render like this, they didn't use to, they were all present and worked great.

all these folders are empty! so, i started everything (fetching media and meta data from server) over again, clearing any local meta data, and will report soon if that resolved everything. makes sense if there's no images if there's no local images. verrrrrrry curious why it all was deleted, but thats another topic..

art is downloading again. will try not to make it all reset this time.. thanks for the help regarding the local file location, very helpful.
