BigBox Fails to launch after update 11.13

Hello everyone,

 

All was well until update 11.13.

Now bigbox closes Launchbox and begins to load then the weird low voice mumbles BigBox followed by..... nothing.

I'm kinda new to all this so any tips in layman terms would be appreciated. I was hoping the rapid roll out 11.14 was a fix for this but I guess not.

I am running windows 10.

Launchbox still works fine. It's only BigBox.

Launching BigBox independently has the same result.

Hi @tomcat78,

Sounds like an odd issue there. You can try and remove your Big Box settings temporarily, just to see if it helps.

While LaunchBox and Big Box are closed, remove the BigBoxSettings.xml and the InputBindings.xml files from your LaunchBox\Data folder and save them in a safe place.

Then boot up Big Box and see if you are still encountering the same issue.

Thank you so much for your response.

I did as you suggested and Bigbox did indeed load up. I've run in to another problem now but I'll try and solve it myself before posting here.
