New LaunchBox installation, unable to add any games, getting error when trying to download metadata...

Fresh installation, I go to import a ROM (in this case I've been trying with SNES roms. I get an error.

Fore example, I try to import this rom:  Super Mario All-Stars (USA).sfc

I get this error:

I have installed/used Launchbox on other systems before. I honestly don't know what this means. I can't add a single game. Help!

Looks like your metadata.xml file got corrupted. Should be able to go to the help menu and force a local metadata update to correct.
