Looking for Help with Custom Fields

I am needing help with how to set up a couple custom fields, I need them to work like true or false, like the check boxes Favorite, Broken, Complete, etc.. on the Edit Metadata screen.

I have been trying to create the to use with CTC, but I don't think I am doing the value part right. I have tried by setting the value to "true; false" or "true, false, but neither of those seem to work.

All custom values are strings values, you cannot create a custom field of other data types. When adding the field to the game you enter it into the game as Field/Value pair, you don't put all possible values in the value column.
