Games not launching (Sega model 3)

Would really appreciate help in this.  I've followed numerous tutorials, and all is set up fine, but when I double-click on the games, a DOS window pops up for a split second, but the game itself does not launch. Games launch fine using the Supermodel emulator exe.

Can you suggest anything to get it working properly? Images are included for reference.

Ragazzi ho un problema nonostante effettuo tutti i passaggi del sega model tre su launchbox non carica la lista giochi su launchbox come mai dove sbaglio fino ad ora ho caricato correttamente tutte le piattaforme fino al sega model due ma il sega model tre la lista rom non ne vuole sapere proprio di caricarla me la da sempre vuota vi mando gli screen per favore aiutatemi o è un bug del programma risolvetelo per favore con un aggiornamento grazie a tutti
