MrFawlty
Well I've been using Launchbox for years, and I haven't run into any issues, other than user error (namely ME!), But this one has me a little stumped. I am running LB 12.3 as of today, and this was happening in 12.2 as well (see attached images). Snap videos start immediately at the correct size, and then double in size, only showing a corner of the video....the settings in BigBox are acting weird and glitchy. I have installed, reinstalled, rebooted, made sure drivers etc were up to date.....I just know there must be something I havent updated or requires a repair....just run out of ideas.... I am running AMD Ryzen 3900 / ROG Crosshair Hero VII / 32GB Ram and a Gigabyte RTX2070. Fairly confident it's not the hardware....anyone out there seeing something obvious? And yes, it happens, no matter what theme is installed. Thanks for any info!

neosean99
I am so glad that this forum is so easy to locate, and solve this issue. Obviously it's quite common with many of us. The service needed to be disabled also comes installed with most of our audio drivers so... Yeah... Poor Jason and Co for having to deal with it. At first it does seem like it would be an issue with Launchbox / Big Box. lol Glad you got it solved! neil9000
It is worth noting that for most people sonic suite isnt even needed as audio is handled by the GPU over displayport/hdmi, most people these days are not using the mobo sound, which is what sonic suite is for. MrFawlty
I am very grateful to have such a helpful collaborative group of users. This is the ONLY reason why this platform pushes forward. Because everyone is willing to help, rather than throw shade on each other at every opportunity
