There is a tutorial or YouTube video to optimize LaunchBox and Big Box that are installed on computers with few resources?

I have an Intel NUC NUC8i3BEH Intel Core i3-8109U and in general it goes well, but I would like to optimize it for maximum speed and performance.

My specs:
Windows 10
Intel Core i3-8109U - 3 GHZ
16 GB Ram
Iris Plus Graphics 655
M.2 500GB PCI Express 3.0 NVMe

Not really, other than turning off transitions, and user lower quality images, both can be set in the Bigbox options. It is your lack of a graphics card that is holding back performance for you, and that isn't something you can add to the NUC.
