B.Z.B
Can I upgrade retroarch's mame current to be higher? When I run a game with current mame core it says .237. Almost any romset list I see is .238 or .239 now though. I assume I couldn't use a rom split from a higher version for .237 right?
Retro808
You can update any core you want directly in Retroarch. It will not break anything in LB.
ejay81
Mame .237 is the latest liberto core though so i think we have to wait. I'm in the same boat I got some nice CHD games I can't play since they are from the .239 romset. When launching it says missing files. Stand alone mame (239) runs it fine but sick of dealing with all the issues there. Can't get it to load without disabling full screen, can't get controls to work in game even though they are mapped, list goes on.
