Yes, I have the same issue as Revv23.

I believe it is happening because the background image is somehow showing itself at full size driving everything else down.

Is it possible to change the fanart as background for the banner to a Marquee video of the game? that would be so awesome to get done... got a bunch of Marquee video's but don't have a cabinet with marquee... so this would atleast give me use for them 🙂
