I've not seen this error before, but did a quick search when you posted and every article I came across stated this was thrown when the OS was trying to access RAM and couldn't. The error box also isn't one we use in the application so I knew the error was being thrown by the OS and not us. You could attempt to look in Windows Event Viewer to see if there are logs in there that may help narrow down what is causing it as well.
