Don't know how much of this could be done in Launchbox, but it's very clean and simple with the menu to the left and game wheel and main wheel are 2 in one?

The 2 menu option like that would require a plug-in. There is a theme (Eclipse) developed by a forum member who was able to accomplish it, but it is not something readily available in LB/BB current coding.
