Multiple themes simultaneously and per-game themes

Is it possible to use more than one theme at once? And is it possible to have specific themes for each individual game?

I had seen something similar to a Big Box theme, which had a per-game theme feature in addition to the per-platform themes. But I just want to be sure this is possible.

You can have multiple themes and set them on a Per Platform basis. There is no Per Game option since the game shows inside the platform.
