Bezel games no work

can someone help me because of the various platforms it loads me the bezel generrico of the platform and not that of the games even if these are present in the retroarch overlay folder?

If all you see is the default bezel for your games, the first thing to check is to verify your naming for the game files match exactly with the cfg files found under \\retroarch\config\<core name>.

now I have the inverse problem where the non retroarch game bezel is missing I no longer load the platform bezel how can I solve? Thank you
