Trouble launching PS2 Rom with AetherSX2 and Launchbox

Roms load fine with AetherSX2 by itself, but when I try and launch the rom within Launchbox it fails. I'm on android 10 (Ayn Odin Pro)

I have my PS2 Roms stored on the Micro-SD card (6361-3662)

/ROMs/SonyPlaystation2/_Top25/MVP 07 NCAA Baseball (USA) (1.00).chd

my other systems seem to load roms without issue.  Any ideas?  Thanks

You have to scan the rom folder in the emulator before Launchbox can launch the games.

Awesome, Thanks.  I would never had figured that out since the games were running fine in the emulator.  I just removed my roms dir in AetherSX2 and added again my _Top directory and than rescanned everything.  I now run great!  Thanks man.

Hope this helps someone else out too.

I had same problem. The solution is one a ps2 game that won’t load in LaunchBox, long press on game icon, edit metadata.

From there click start up file. Navigate to where game is located, this time select the .bin (not .cue) for the particular game. Remember to select save further on down the menu. Now load game from LaunchBox and it works perfectly
